A Community Day of Learning with Rabbi Alexander Seinfeld
Sunday, February 8th
A rabbi and a medical doctor spent over a decade preparing the book Body and Soul and the website TorahHealth.org. Their work draws on more than 180 Torah sources spanning 3,000 years and incorporates current evidence-based medical information. Together, these ideas bring ancient wisdom and modern science into conversation to help people live healthier and holier lives.
For anyone interested in making meaningful improvements in both health and kedushah, learning opportunities will be offered throughout the day, leading into a Super Bowl watch party.
